1. If you have clicked the "Liston Now!" button and the player did not launch and play successfully, make sure you have the latest version of "Flash" installed on your computer. 

2.If you were listening to the radio and it stopped playing, "Refresh" the player by clicking the "Click Here" link on the player to restart.This happens occasionally due to internet inconsistencies.
