My Everyone,

My name is Eddie from Eddie's Entertainment.....I used to play and promote "Polka" music while I lived in western Pa for the first 46 years of my life.

I am currently retired and still rarely travel play and sing with a Polka Band out of Raleigh, NC. I live in Jacksonville, NC.

I have been listening to Beach and Shag music the 12 years I have lived here since moving to NC in 2000. I feel there is a need for a shag and beach club and "monthly" dance in Jacksonville, NC.

I have hosted a few dances with the Carousels Band, but after renting the hall, paying for the food, I was losing money and only charging $10.00 for dinner and dancing to a live band.

Many of the folks who attended are urging me to start doing some dances again...........

I have decided to try again, on a smaller scale, I plan to use a beach and shag DJ and not include food...We are going to try to charge only $ 7.00 and ask folks to bring there own snacks....
